Returns & Exchanges


You need to contact us before you ship any product back to us. If you ship before contacting us, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Products that have been broken due to misuse or permanently stained by permanent markers, mechanical or synthetic oils or have been treated with biting chemicals will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

If it is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

For all returns, ensure the product is packed in the original packaging. In case you don’t have the original packaging anymore, please make sure to pack the product properly to avoid damages during shipping. Your custom packaging must not exceed more than 5 mm per side than the dimensions of the original packaging.


There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable): goods that are damaged due to misuse or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

If the products are not shipped in the original box, the packaging used must be not exceed more than 5 mm per side than the dimensions of the original box. If the box used is bigger, the actual return shipment cost is not refunded.


We will do our best to process your refund as soon as possible. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
