If you find yourself not completely satisfied with our product, you are entitled to request an exchange or a full refund within 14 days of delivery.
You need to contact us on email@example.com before you ship any product back. If you ship before contacting us, you will not be eligible for a refund.
Sale items and custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged. All returned merchandise must be in its original condition.
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs of returns unless the item is damaged or we made a mistake.

We are not responsible for lost packages and we cannot issue a refund if your package is lost or damaged. Please insure the package for the full amount of the merchandise you are sending back to us and save your tracking number. We are not responsible for missing packages. Please remember customs duty payments are at customers’ responsibility and such payments are not refundable by Tias.
For all returns, ensure the product is packed in the original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If it is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
